Victoria Sanders-Clarke
Head of the Higher Education Practice
Victoria joined Society in January 2022 and is the Head of our Higher Education Practice.
Prior to joining Society, Victoria was a Consultant for King’s Search, the dedicated in-house executive search team at King’s College London. There she was responsible for hiring senior leaders across all nine of the College's academic faculties and also across professional services.
Victoria enjoys building partnerships with Society’s clients and candidates so that everyone involved has the very best experience of a process right through to successful appointment. The Higher Education Practice have recently supported senior appointments for clients including UCL, UCLH, The LSE, Buckinghamshire New University, University of Southampton, University of Roehampton, University of Westminster, Monash University, The University of Technology Sydney, and RMIT. Victoria has recently led Board appointments for Brimingham City University, Lancaster University, and the QAA.
Victoria read Economics, Banking and Finance at the University of the West of England.
