Paid Internships to Expand Diversity in Executive Search
Every summer, we offer at least one paid internship to a Black student or graduate through the 10,000 Black Interns programme. These internships provide a thorough introduction to the executive search profession. Our very first intern went on to work for the company on a permanent basis.
Digestable Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Our #DEIBites initiative produces easy-to-consume 'bite-sized' content about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, that can help leaders across all sectors to improve and refine their hiring practices. Through this scheme, we scrutinise our understanding, consume research, hold focus groups, and try to shine a light on the difficulties particular communities may be facing when navigating senior appointment processes. We also produce accessible infographics like the ones below.
