Sarika Gohil

Sarika joined Society in 2021 as an executive assistant and became Society’s Head of Business Support and Engagement in 2024. She speaks fluent Gujarati, degree level French, and basic German.

Sarika brings 18 years as a Personal Assistant and previously worked for companies including Microsoft, Lyle & Scott, and Vix Technology. At Society she provides business support across a range of strategic and project initiatives ranging from managing supplier relationships to collating diversity, impact and staff data to overseeing our external communications and social media activity.

Sarika enjoys keeping Society’s leadership team proactive and organised, while bringing a critical bird’s eye view that keeps the company running smoothly. She’s proud to drive forward the triple-bottom line excellence that underpins our B Corp status.  

Sarika graduated in 2006 with a degree in Business Management and French from the University of Manchester. As part of this course, she was able to spend a year in France in a small town called Nevers, teaching English to primary school children.
