Society selected for key UK public sector framework agreement

Society are delighted to have been named as a supplier across Lots 2 and 3 of Crown Commercial Service’s RM6290 Executive & Non-Executive Recruitment Services Framework.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the UK public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

Being named on Lot 2 allows Society to be considered as a search partner for appointments at SCS3 and SCS4 – roles at the level of a Permanent Secretary or a Director General.

Being part of Lot 3 also allows Society to be considered as a search partner for Non-Executive roles or Public Appointments, including for Chair positions within Central Government or Arms-Length Bodies.

Simon Lucas, Society’s Managing Director, commented:

“This is a really exciting development for our firm. We are keen to work with organisations across the UK public sector in order to meet their leadership needs, to bring their Employer Value Propositions to life, and to help them address historic challenges around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. We feel confident that Society’s breadth of experience and our cross-sector networks will enable us to add significant value on this Framework. As a Certified B Corporation, we also believe that we embody the sort of wider social value creation that the public sector is increasingly looking for in its partners.”
