Chief Operating Officer, Lanson Place Hospitality Management

We are delighted to be partnering with Lanson Place Hospitality Management in the search for a Chief Operating Officer, who has the aspiration to step up into the role of Chief Executive Officer. This position is to be based in Hong Kong. 

Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited was founded in 1995 to provide residents, guests, and accompanying family members a place to call home, no matter where they are.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a pivotal member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. The COO will oversee all operational aspects of Lanson Place’s properties, ensuring seamless, efficient, and high-quality delivery of hospitality experiences that align with the company’s brand values and business goals. This role requires a visionary leader with strong operational expertise, strategic acumen, and a passion for hospitality to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence across the group. The key responsibilities include managing the seven General Managers across the business as well as playing a key leadership role within the corporate office.

We are seeking individuals with demonstrated experience leading operations across luxury accommodation and serviced apartments. Candidates will need to have solid operational experience at a senior level, ideally having held leadership roles in Asia including China, and be fluent in Mandarin. Experience working in Hong Kong and fluency in Cantonese would also be beneficial.
