Tanya Stevens

Tanya became Society's Chief Executive in 2023 after scaling its Not-for-Profit practice for 10 years. She previously worked in executive search at Peridot Partners and TMP Worldwide.

As CEO Tanya maintains a portfolio of social business and not-for-profit appointments. She has led leadership appointments for clients ranging from Heifer International, Health AI and Médecins Sans Frontières to the Young Women's Trust, Teenage Cancer Trust and Stonewall. She has also led many of our Board appointments for organisations such as Coin Street, Forster Communications, Q at the Health Foundation and Royal Star & Garter.

Tanya is passionate about designing and running recruitment processes that bring fresh talent into leadership and deliver an excellent candidate experience. She recently studied as an Executive Coach at Henley Business School and is working towards her IFC ACC Accreditation. Tanya is a Trustee of The Society Foundation and co-author of Society's Inclusive Recruitment Toolkit.

Tanya studied International Relations and Journalism at Boston University, before moving to the UK. She also holds an MSc in Public Policy from University College London.
