Archer Hotel Management hires new L&D Lead

Dioulde Diallo has been appointed to the newly created position of L&D Lead at Archer Hotel Management.

Dioulde Diallo has been appointed to the newly created position of L&D Lead at Archer Hotel Management. This role has been designed to cohesively deploy Archer training and culture initiatives across all the hotels under their management platform.

Archer Hotel Capital B.V (“AHC”) was established in December 2018 and owns one of the best quality hotel portfolios in Europe, comprising 11 hotels with a gross asset value of circa €2.4bn and revenues of over €300m. Archer is jointly owned by APG Asset Management and GIC, two of the world’s leading institutional investors. Archer Hotel Management, is the operating arm, established in 2021, and currently has four properties under its’ platform.

Society was tasked with finding a dynamic and entrepreneurial learning and development professional, with a background in delivering face-to-face training and strategic deliverables in a luxury setting. Our search covered the luxury hospitality, retail and travel industries across the UK, mainland Europe, and the UAE.

Dioulde has over twenty years’ experience in learning and development across the luxury sector, including at Selfridge’s, Perfumers 1870, and Cartier. She has substantial experience in building L&D structures from the ground up, and successfully deploying training and culture initiatives across a variety of audiences on an international basis.
