The Peninsula Hotel Beijing announces their new Resident Manager

When one of the world’s premier luxury hotel groups requested we find someone to take on the Resident Manager position for their magnificent hotel in China’s massive capital, we knew the calibre of candidates needed to be the highest the world could offer. We proceeded to map out the finest talent within China and around the world, to build a list of the very best hotel managers in the most opulent of properties.

A highly competitive field of candidates were selected from an extensive search. Evaluating commercial savvy, attention to detail, culture fit, and commitment to guest experience, narrowed our focus to an exclusive few. These were presented to The Peninsula Beijing for interviews.

The appointed candidate, Sadettin Kaya joins The Peninsula Beijing from Le Royal Meridien, Shanghai.

Sadettin, who has now taken up position on the property, had this to say of his experience:
