Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group appoints new Vice President Global Sales Partners for Middle East and Turkey

Nadia Beaulieu has been appointed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as the Vice President Global Sales Partners for Middle East and Turkey based in Dubai.

In this new role, Nadia will be part of a global team in Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group to explore ways to orchestrate their approach to their sales partners including strategy, key account management, incentives, strategic partnerships and co-marketing.  Nadia will focus her efforts on team sales in all global hotels and provide an advisory and representative role to properties in the Middle East and Turkey to support their talent, upskilling and sales strategy needs.

We were engaged to find a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of leading high performing sales teams and maintaining excellent client relations in the Middle East region. Our reference was for an Arabic speaker who has a passion to develop the future of the brand Oriental, as a leading luxury brand. Nadia is an outstanding commercial leader and has developed, strong sales teams. She is an exceptional communicator, stakeholder manager and relationship builder.
