University College London invites applications for the role of Professor & Director of Advanced Propulsion Lab within the Advanced Propulsion Laboratory, UCL East.
This post sits in the Advanced Propulsion Lab (APL) in the Marshgate Building of the UCL East campus which has world-class collaborative research laboratories. The APL brings together researchers from the UCL departments of Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, with this post being a joint appointment between the two departments, supported by HORIBA.
Reporting to the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences, with a dotted line to the Heads of Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, the appointed person will be expected to lead research and education activities. They will work collaboratively with colleagues in the Advanced Propulsion Laboratory, the Departments of Mechanical and Chemical Engineering, and more broadly across UCL’s faculties and departments.
