We are pleased to be partnering with RMIT Vietnam to appoint their Executive Director, Operations.
This senior fixed-term role will be primarily based at the Ho Chi Minh City campus, with responsibilities that extend across RMIT Vietnam’s campuses in Hanoi and Da Nang. Reporting directly to the Deputy General Director, the Executive Director leads a team of seven and oversees several critical operational portfolios.

The Executive Director, Operations will provide high-level strategic direction and ensure the efficient delivery of essential services across Vietnam. Key areas of responsibility include Human Resources, Information and Technology Services, Property Services, Occupational Health and Safety, Security Services land leadership of the central Project Management Office. The position also plays a central role within the Vietnam Incident Management Team (IMT), supporting preparedness and coordinated responses across the institution.
As part of the senior leadership group, the Executive Director will influence long-term institutional priorities, guide annual planning processes and lead significant change initiatives. The role requires a collaborative and strategically minded leader capable of strengthening operational excellence while working closely with counterparts across the global RMIT Group.
