Jo Ellis has a long and diverse career in education, media, finance and, after heading up several leading schools in California, Jo was Director, Adolescent Program, Pacific Rim International School for six years until 2018 while also directing the Education Outreach of Bay Area Lyme Foundation since 2014. Jo is now using this experience in her next challenge, as the Executive Director or FRED Leadership.

David Dotlich, one of FRED Leadership's Board members, commented as follows:

"I would definitely recommend Society for a search with any organization, especially in the non-profit sector. The search was completed in a timely and discreet fashion; the candidates uncovered were talented, qualified and from unique and relevant backgrounds and experiences; and those Society personnel assigned to work with us were capable, responsive and fun to work with. Society gave us professional advice at every step along the way. Our search resulted in an excellent hire of the ideal candidate."
