Tom Crawford is a longstanding friend of our firm. As well as being a former Director of the Omnicom Group, he was Deloitte’s Director of Human Resources, Communications, Employee Engagement and Diversity between 2006 to 2009. He has also held senior internal Communications and Engagement roles within E.ON, British Gas and Telefonica/O2. He is now an acknowledged cross-industry leader in the areas of Organisational Culture, Engagement and Talent. From his base in France, he works with a wide range of clients on all manner of people-related issues, including how to build brand value through staff, how to align the talent agenda with business strategy, and how to define a clearer sense of purpose. His areas of particular expertise include Employee Experience, Diversity and Inclusion, and Culture Change.
