Society conducted a pan-European search, targeting professionals from 32 countries and over 85 brands. Our mission to find the very best person to fill this leadership role was both challenging and rewarding. This placement from external to the traditional DIY market, continues our track record of importing fresh talent to a historically insular market place.

Amelie was previously with FMCG giant Reckitt Benckiser (now known as RB). She was responsible for establishing and implementing the Supply Chain strategy for Northern Europe/Australia-New Zealand. This regional role encompassed Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Care and Logistics.
