Nick Larkins joins Renaisi in mid-January as Head of People and Business Support, responsible for growing a positive and supportive culture and strong business support function at this award-winning social enterprise.
Launched in 1998 to spearhead regeneration across Hackney, Renaisi now leads community transformation initiatives for a wide range of clients across London and the South East. Renaisi works closely with disadvantaged communities, both empowering people to secure opportunities and improving these communities in which they live.
Under the leadership of a new CEO, Renaisi created the new position of Head of People and Business Support in order to ensure its 60 exceptional employees continue to feel Renaisi is a positive and fulfilling place to work. This new position will have main responsibility for the people part of the organization and also managerial oversight of finance, quality, property, IT and Renaisi’s business support contracts.
Nick joins from the start up Hire Space, where as Head of Operations and People he developed hiring, culture and business support practices during a significant growth phase. Previously he worked as a Scheduling Leader for Apple.
