Christopher Pageaud, comes from an extensive luxury hospitality background. Currently as Director of Food and Beverage at The Fairmont San Jose, he is responsible for six food and beverage outlets, banqueting, culinary and stewarding operations, overseeing 220 + colleagues.

For this role, Society conducted a nationwide search across the United States of America, within the luxury hospitality and leisure sector.
