Guestline GmbH appoints a new European Sales Director
We are pleased to announce that Stefan Schlachter has been appointed European Director of Sales to develop the DACH and BENELUX markets for Guestline GmbH.
A company with over 30 years of experience and more than 3,000 hotels as customers, Guestline provides a hospitality platform which helps hoteliers efficiently manage their Operations, Distribution, Guest Experience and Payments. It’s one of the most feature-rich and deeply functional Property Management solutions, which has proven to be the best choice for independent hotels across all markets. Guestline holds a market leader position in the UK and sees strong adoption rate in continental Europe, with a solid base of hotel customers in Germany and Switzerland. The appointed European Director of Sales will lead on the acceleration of growth in the DACH and BENELUX markets. Leadership experience was an essential element in this role to guide the team to sell the unrivalled technology solutions into an industry navigating a period of digital transformation.
Society reached out to candidates in the market who have proven experience leading a successful sales team, a solid grasp of the use of SaaS technology in B2B sales, and thorough knowledge of hotel systems and operations across the hospitality and travel sectors.
Stefan began his career in travel, moving into airlines and then into various hotel chains, such as Kempinski, Grand Hotels Bad Ragaz and Millenium. With significant experience in SaaS solution selling, Stefan was able to demonstrate his knowledge of the hotel industry and hotel technology solutions, which will enable him to lead and guide Guestline's sales team.
