Evelyn Wills

Evie joined Society’s APAC team as a cross sector Senior Researcher in 2024 and was promoted to Consultant in 2025.
Her career spans both executive search and contingent recruitment, across the accounting, finance, project services and technology sectors, from mid-management to C-level appointments. She enjoys developing a deep understanding of her clients' needs with each assignment and is committed to building long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates.
Like most human Kiwis, Evelyn enjoys exploring new places and has travelled, worked, studied and volunteered around the world. Evelyn has a keen interest in diversity, equity and inclusion with a particular specialisation in Neurodivergence. She completed a graduate diploma in 2023 and a Master of Change and Organisation Resilience in 2025, for which her research focused on how the workplace can be more inclusive and accessible for Neurodivergent individuals.
Evie holds a Master of Change and Organisational Resilience from AcademyEX as well as a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. At Canterbury she majored in International Business, Politics and Mandarin.
