Society is delighted to announce the recent appointment of Victoria Hill as Reservations Manager at the Maybourne Hotel Group. The Group owns three of London's most renowned luxury hotels: Claridge's, the Connaught and the Berkeley.

Victoria will be joining Maybourne from her role as Contact Centre Manager at Eurostar, where she was managing a team of Customer Service Call Centre Agents in the Customer Care team. This was a particularly interesting search, since the Maybourne Hotel Group wanted to look for a transferable skill set rather than a traditional hotel reservations background.

Victoria commented:

Pushing the bar for service excellence, delivering tailored client experiences and creating lasting memories within a luxury brand environment are all things I am passionate about, and I can’t wait to get started. Victoria will be joining the team as of the beginning of December 2014.
