Society joins the Norman Broadbent Group
We are delighted to share an important milestone in Society’s journey.
After 15 years of building a specialist executive search and advisory firm across Education (Schools & Higher Education), Not-for-Profit and Travel & Hospitality, Society has become part of the Norman Broadbent Group.
From the outset, our focus has been clear: to support organisations with high-quality Board and senior executive appointments, delivered with integrity and a purpose-led approach. Over the years, we have built strong, long-standing relationships with clients across the sectors we know deeply. This next chapter allows us to build on that foundation.
By becoming part of the Norman Broadbent Group, we gain access to a broader international platform, complementary sector expertise and expanded executive and non-executive networks. Importantly, our team, our focus and our commitment to clients remain unchanged.
For the medium term, Society will operate under its established brand as ‘Society – A Norman Broadbent Company’, combining our sector expertise with the strength and reach of the wider Group.
Cultural alignment was central to this decision. We share a belief in ethical leadership, responsible governance and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion – principles embedded in our B Corp certification and in the way we work every day.
For our clients, this partnership enhances the support we can provide while maintaining the specialist focus and values that define Society.
