Wellington College International Pune appoint next Master.

Society is delighted to congratulate Wellington College International Pune on the appointment of Nigel Fossey as the next Master from August 2026.

Nigel is a highly experienced leader and was most recently the Principal of the Sultan’s School in Oman. He is joining Wellington College International Pune at an exciting time as the school continues to grow and flourish.

Society conducted a global search for this assignment. We were tasked with identifying international educators with excellent leadership expertise and a proven ability to deliver the best experience and the highest educational outcomes for pupils.

The successful candidate needed to embody the values and ethos of Wellington College. It was also important that the candidate have strong business acumen, expertise in the relevant curricula, and significant international/multicultural experience across diverse contexts.

When asked to comment on his appointment and experience with the process, Nigel shared:
