Archer Hotel Management appoints a new General Manager at The Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Madrid, Spain
Elisa Barral is taking on the General Manager position at The Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Madrid. The Palace is a historic landmark situated at the very heart of Madrid. As General Manager, Elisa will be accountable for all hotel operations cultivating a continuous and dedicated focus to curating a bespoke luxury experience for guests.
The Archer Hotel Management portfolio, the operating arm of Archer Hotel Capital, currently comprises seven hotels across Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Madrid and one under construction in Seville.
Society was engaged by Archer Hotel Management to find a confident and inspiring leader. We sought to find a driven, experienced, and hands-on General Manager, with an established knowledge of the Spanish luxury hospitality market, an international outlook, and a proven track record of success in leading luxury hotels or resorts. We conducted a global search for Spanish candidates who possessed considerable and comprehensive professional experience in luxury hotel management.
Elisa previously held the role of SVP Operations and Asset Management position for Europe Mediterranean at L+R Hotels. She has twenty years of experience in the global luxury market, both resorts and city hotels and has a solid finance background and knowledge of operations. She has a contagious passion for excellence, a talent for agile business solutions and the strength for motivational leadership. She is skilled at setting and achieving high levels of profitability together with high-quality standards and excellent associate satisfaction. Elisa strives towards loyalty and lasting relationships, working with others to achieve common goals and objectives.
