Commercial Consultant

Society is looking for an ambitious new Commercial Consultant to grow our Commercial Practice. We believe that business can be a force for good in the world and have reoriented this role to focus on ethnical businesses alongside the hospitality & leisure and retail arenas where we have historically practiced.
As Head of this new Commercial Practice, you will therefore have the latitude to range widely across the commercial space with particular focus on:
- servicing our existing EMEA Hospitality and Leisure client base and building on the foundations we have with high-end hotels, private members clubs, and others;
- winning new work and relationships in the ‘ethical business’ arena, particularly amongst certified or aspiring B Corps.
This is a business development position with wider responsibilities overseeing high quality project delivery and building a commercial team from the ground up. The successful person may bring prior executive search or recruitment experience, but we are also excited to hear from people in the social enterprise, B Corporation, social entrepreneurship and broader ethnical business space.
