Wendy Janssen will be joining Kingfisher as Pricing Director at group level. She will be departing her current role with Unilever, where she is Global Pricing and Analytics Director. Wendy has extensive multinational and multibrand pricing synergy experience. Her team will lead the commercial pricing and promotional agenda for all six of Kingfisher’s operating companies as part of the Group Trading function led by Chief Trading Officer John Colley.
Kingfisher are Europe’s leading home improvement and DIY retail group. They operate a number of famous brands, with the likes of B&Q and Screwfix being the most recognisable in the UK. The company is three years into an extremely ambitious and transformative unification programme.
Working directly to interface between group and operating company executive teams, Wendy will transform the group pricing strategy in order to support the “One Kingfisher” process.

Wendy has an extensive and impressive career history, having worked within analytics and pricing for several of the world’s most significant FMCG businesses. Her move into retail represents a chance to work directly to benefit customers, and she is excited to support Kingfisher in their goal to be the leading home improvement retailer.
