Philip Willatt will take on his new position at the Institute of Ismaili Studies in early April this year.

The Institute of Ismaili Studies was established in 1977 with the aim of promoting scholarship and learning of Muslim cultures and societies, historical as well as contemporary, and a better understanding of their relationship with other societies and faiths.

Philip comes to the Institute of Ismaili Studies from the National Film and Television School. Prior to this he was the HR Director for London Business School, University of Sussex and also held various positions with the BBC. In addition to being an HR practitioner and consultant, his passion and area of expertise is institutional change. He is a graduate of the Consulting and Coaching for Change Programme run by Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and HEC Paris.
