Society Executive Search’s Hospitality & Leisure practice is delighted supporting a prestigious Hong Kong based client that are looking to appoint a General Manager.

Our client is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and ambitious General Manager who can play a critical and instrumental role in working alongside the Leadership Team. As a member of the senior leadership team this position will liaise with a wide range of individuals both internally and externally.

Duties for the General Manager will include; managing company asset, optimizing financial operations and performance, whilst providing leadership to all staff. He/she will establish business goals, drive quality and will oversee and streamline daily the operations.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a strong commercial and financial acumen, a keen eye for quality and detail along with the ability to be solutions focussed.  A leader who is naturally hands on, with an on-site management style. An exceptional relationship builder with a passion for food and beverage operations.
