Christopher Egan

Chris joined Society in February 2022, as Head of Business Development and was promoted to Director of Client Relations for the Americas in 2023.  

Prior to joining to Society, Chris worked for PNP Staffing Group, a staffing firm dedicated to working exclusively with nonprofits. He was responsible for helping nonprofits and associations across the United States with both interim and permanent placements, allowing organizations to operate at their full capacity quickly. 

In his role as Director of Client Relations, Chris enjoys working with clients in several different sectors, such as Not For Profit, Hospitality & Leisure, Schools and Colleges, and is committed to expanding Society’s footprint across North America. He has worked with such organizations as GLAAD, Heifer International, Christel House International, Aman New York, Corinthia, and Wellington College International. He has handled C-suite and senior level appointments both domestically and internationally.  

Chris believes in driving a recruitment process that is mutually beneficial for both client and candidate, making thoughtful and meaningful connections with all. Ensuring that a successful appointment is not just matching skills to a job description, but rather a lasting bond that will drive organizational success for years to come.  

Chris graduated with a BA from the school of Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management at the University of South Carolina.
